Fareha Kazi
Dr. Fareha Kazi is a Dallas Nephrologist and Internist. She hails from Michigan where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University, and went on to complete her fellowship in Nephrology from the University of Michigan. She currently practices in Frisco, Texas. She has 2 sons and a husband whom she enjoys spending time with and partaking in hobbies such as traveling, philanthropic endeavors, and international female empowerment. She has served as the treasurer for the Collin-Fanin County Medical Society, and is presently serving tenure as the president of her medical school alumni association.

Dr. Kazi believes in the strength and unity that DMMA provides to its members. Her vision for DMMA is to further enhance the positive impact and perception of Muslims in the medical profession in DFW. She aims to increase the efforts within the community for charitable and educational endeavors.
