Approving the annual budget, reviewing statements each quarter and commissioning the independent audit.

Maintaining the constitution, ruling on amendments and confirming that elections are run correctly.

Protecting the Alliance's 501(c)(3) standing, filings and conflict-of-interest policy.

Holding reserves and restricted funds so the Alliance outlasts any single board term.
