I see patients with a wide spectrum of neurologic conditions including Epilepsy, Stroke, Headaches, Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromuscular Diseases. I also perform/interpret procedures such as EEGs, NCS/EMGs, evoked potentials, Botox for headaches, occipital nerve blocks, lumbar punctures and VNS interrogation.
My approach is to take time to understand the history, perform a comprehensive exam and obtain pertinent tests in order to make an accurate diagnosis. I tailor the management to every individual patient’s needs and unique situation. I believe in going an extra mile to help the patient. I also take my time explaining my findings and thought process with the patients and their loved ones. I also make sure that I share my findings and recommendations with the referring provider, the primary care provider and other specialists so that they can understand my approach from a neurologic standpoint. That way, we are all on the same page.
