Tehmina Tasneem

I have been caring for patients and families in North Richland Hills since 2010. After completing my Geriatric Fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital, I joined Family Healthcare Associates, an independent group practice of over 50 physicians. In 2023, the organization merged with three other practices to form Catalyst Physician Group, reflecting a strategic evolution toward a more integrated care model.

My leadership journey within the organization has been progressive and long-standing. Prior to serving as a board member of Family Healthcare Associates, I was an active member of the Finance Committee for over 10 years, contributing to financial planning, operational strategy, and organizational growth. I later served on the Board, helping guide the practice through expansion and transition.

I currently serve as Vice Chair of Family Medicine at Medical City North Hills, where I contribute to clinical oversight, physician engagement, and operational alignment
