Dr. Ghulam Abbas is a board-certified, internationally recognized leader in robotic thoracic surgery for complex lung and esophageal disease. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and is a frequent invited speaker at international conferences.

Most recently, Dr. Abbas served as President of the Society of Robotic Surgery, a global organization with more than 20,000 members. He also holds leadership roles in other professional societies and serves on the editorial boards of multiple peer-reviewed journals.

 

He has been consistently honored as a Top Doctor in his specialty for more than a decade.
